Method of Operation

We mutually agree the number of libraries to be mailed, whether a solus or shared mailing.

We ask you to confirm your request for a mailing in writing.

Solus Mailings

For solus mailings, the same quantity of your promotional material should be sent to us for us to fulfil the mailing. After receiving your confirmation and your material in full, we then print the right size of envelopes. There are no labels used; we print names, job titles and addresses onto the face of envelopes. These are put through our mailing house in a day or two, or on a particular date of your choice. They are then posted by second class (standard/economy) mail.

You are then sent a confirmation of the dispatch of your mailing and an invoice.

If you are unknown to us, or have previously been slow to pay us , we send a proforma invoice, payable before the mailing (we have to pay postage at the time of mailing).

Postage Costs

For the time being we have to pay in Britain a monopoly set price for postage. On the continent we have low priced contracts with the cost-saving passed onto you.

Shared Mailings

After receiving your confirmation of participation in a shared mailing, we ask you to send your material to us, to arrive in the week before the week of the shared mailing.

We add your promotional material into the shared mailing.

Your mailing dispatch is confirmed in writing, together with an invoice.

If you are unknown to us, or have previously been slow to pay us, we send a proforma invoice payable before the mailing (we have to pay postage at the time of mailing).
